Personal Assisted Stretch
A 30-minute personalized assisted stretch session designed to meet your unique needs. Our trained professionals will work with you to ensure that each session is tailored to address your specific goals. Our clients say they feel more flexible, less tense, and better overall after their first session.

The first stretch is $25, and we offer a variety of pricing packages that can be discussed after your first stretch.
In-Home Personal Assisted Stretch
The same great assisted stretch session, but we come to you! We offer an hour stretch for $99 and $1/ mile to and from our location.

Corporate & Group Events
We offer onsite assisted stretching sessions for groups, whether it’s part of a corporate wellness program for employees, recovery for a sports team the day after a game, or any special occasion.

We can bring a full professional setup onsite up to:
• 3 stretch tables
• 1 executive chair stretch station
• 4 certified stretch professionals
